Mixing Sequence (Tank Order) ▼
  1. Fill tank with clean water
  2. Pesticides (pre-dilute; add before any bio products)
  3. Fertilizers / nutrients
  4. Plant biostimulants
  5. Microbial biostimulants
  6. Microbial inoculants (do not mix with pesticides)
  7. Surfactant (always last)
Quick tip. When in doubt, jar test and add one product at a time.
Application Timing ▼
  • Evening or early morning applications preferred
  • Avoid when leaf surface is above 78°F or ambient is above 82°F
  • Avoid during rainfall
  • Avoid while leaves have heavy dew
pH and EC Targets ▼
  • pH 5.2 – 6.4 for optimal nutrient absorption
  • EC under 3,800 µS when applying multiple foliars in a season
Water Quality ▼

Ideal foliar water has under 70 ppm total hardness. Above 150 ppm, mixes can be up to 70% less effective.

Preferred Sources

  • Rain water
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) water
  • Tested clean water

Avoid / Use Caution

  • Softened water (high Na/Cl)
  • Most filtered water
  • City water (chlorine)
